Primary research, also called field research, is a collection of data that does not already exist. You usually do this research through questionnaires and telephone interviews. This type of research can be expensive to do, because a lot of people need to be contacted, and when you finally have all your research some of it may be out of date. When you are doing your research you can manipulate your audience by using open or closed questions. An open question lets the audience give a wider response, but by closed questions you only allow them to say yes or no.

Secondary research, also known as desk research is something you do when your project or experiment needs a summary. It involves a summary or collection of the research you did in your primary research.

Mr Butcher said that:

Binary opposition is when something is opposite, e.g evil-good, rich-poor

Hyperrealism is when you show it how it is.
