This lesson i finished the double page spread for my mock magazine.
In today’s lesson we created a presentation about the front cover of a newspaper. We had to do this task in groups and our group chose to do the front page of the sun newspaper from when the miner’s strike ended. We had to analyse the front cover on a range of different aspects and had to say what made the front cover good.
Mr Butcher told us about binary opposition and hyper realism. He also told us about the seven points to study.
In today’s lesson I carried on with my mock-up magazine, we were also set the task of analysing the front cover of a newspaper.
In today’s lesson we learned about storyboards and drew a story board. We then looked at a clip of doctor who and made notes about the effects used.
